10 Easy Steps to your Custom Ring, Necklace or Earrings:
1. Consultation
Let’s chat about your ideas, mood boards, must haves, deadline and budget
2. Sourcing
I’m off to source diamonds or gemstones for you according to your wishlist
*sourcing fee payment required (CAD $1,000)
3. Viewing
In-person or virtual viewing of 3 to 5 stones tailored to your request
4. Pick your stone
Choose your favourite stone from your selection or request further sourcing
Once you decide on the stone that you love, I require a deposit to lock that stone down for you and start the designing process
5. Design
Let’s move on to designing your custom piece based on the approved stone
6. Design presentation
You approve the CAD design or make small adjustments
7. The “go ahead”!
You give me the go ahead to start the manufacturing process
8. Custom piece creation
You can relax while we create your custom piece
9. Ready!
Once your custom piece is ready, you pay the remaining balance before delivery
10. Pick up or delivery
You pick up your custom piece or we schedule a pre-paid shipment

Custom pieces typically take 9 - 12 weeks to complete
Approximate timeline:
Sourcing 1 - 2 weeks
CAD design ~ 2 weeks (depending on complexity of design and any additional changes)
Manufacturing ~ 6 - 8 weeks
These times may vary depending on rarity of stones and complexity of design
